"The British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith was one of the most recognised British wrestlers of our generation, he was a former Intercontinental, European, Hardcore and Tag Team Champion. In Davey Boy's first stint with the WWE in 1985 he focused mainly within the Tag Team division alongside fellow Brit Dynamite Kid, together they were called the The Bulldogs and feuded with the likes of The Hart Foundation and Demolition.

Bulldog returned to the WWE in 1990 as a singles competitor where his career highlights included facing Bret Hart for the Intercontinental Championship in the main event at SummerSlam 92 and finishing runner-up at the 1995 Royal Rumble after being one of the first two participants to enter (the other one being Shawn Michaels who would eventually win it).

Davey Boy Smith died on May 18, 2002, after suffering a heart attack.

SmackDown! vs RAW 2006

The British Bulldog made his first and only appearance in SmackDown! vs RAW 2006 as a Legend, he appeared in his classic Union Jack tights with short hair indicating the model is based on Davey Boy's 1996/97 appearance.
