After spending much of the Summer of 2008 introducing himself to members of the Raw roster with varyingly hostile receptions, it would be following his move to SmackDown! in 2009 that Mr. Ziggles would begin to demonstrate his huge potential, having some great matches with Rey Mysterio for the Intercontinental Championship and coming up just short on two occassions. Nonetheless, this hasn't tainted his thirst for the gold. It seems just a matter of the time before Ziggler becomes the face of the company. Who'd have thought a male cheerleader could turn himself around so spectacularly?

SmackDown! vs RAW 2010™

Ziggler makes his series debut in 2010, and is one of the game's main selling points. A riot nearly broke out in THQ headquarters over whether it should be he or John Cena who fronted the game's boxart, with Ziggles himself intervening and demonstrating incomparable modesty by letting Cena take the plaudits.
