Bill Goldberg made his name in World Championship Wrestling and quickly climbed to the main event scene with the help an incredible 173 match undefeated streak (including Pay-Per-Views, live shows and house shows). This undefeated streak included United States and World Championship reigns before eventually ending at the hands on Kevin Nash at Starcade 1998 with the help of Scott Hall and a cattle prod.
When the WWE bought WCW in 2001 Goldberg was not one the big stars to sign with the WWE to participate in the invasion storyline, instead he waited until 2003 when he interrupted The Rock on the first episode of RAW after WrestleMania 19 which led to a short-lived feud until Backlash where Goldberg defeated The Rock. From there Goldberg spent most of his WWE career on RAW feuding with Triple H and the rest of Evolution before making his final WWE appearance at WrestleMania 20 in a match against Brock Lesnar.
Through-out Goldbergs wrestling career he has won the United States, Tag Team and World Championships with WCW and had 1 World Championship reign with the WWE.
SmackDown! Here Comes The PainHere Comes the Pain was the only SmackDown! game in which Goldberg has appeared, he was also heavily used in the build up to the games release.
