Mick Foley, also deemed as the hardcore legend, is a veteran of the wrestling industry as well as a best-selling author. Foley has competed in all the major promotions and is widely considered as a hardcore legend. Foley has participated in some of the most memorable matches in the WWE and has major feuds with Triple H, The Rock and The Undertaker to name a few. Mick was involved in the famous Hell in a Cell match that made his career. This match took place where Mankind (Mick) fought The Undertaker. During this match, Mankind was thrown from the top of the cell down to the announce table down below where he crashed through it.
Mick has retired and come back quite a few times. His first retirement came after another famous Hell in a Cell match this time against Triple H at No Way Out 2000. He later came back to main event in the Fatal Four Way match at WrestleMania 16. Mick took a few years off from in ring action but became the WWF Commissioner in 2001.
Mick Foley made came out of retirement again and had a feud with Randy Orton in 2004. At WresleMania XX the Rock and Sock Connection versed Evolution, then later Mick faced Orton in their now famous Hardcore match at the Backlash pay-per-view of that year.
Mick later once again quit in-ring action and made visits only doing promos or comedy skits and usually being a special guest referee. 2006 saw the year Mick making his final in-ring action known to date in one-on-one singles fights. He faced Edge in a legendary Hardcore match at WrestleMania 22 and then faced Ric Flair at SummerSlam 2006 as well.
Recently, the only announcer table action Mick Foley sees is as Smackdown's colour commentator where he calls the action every Friday night with his broadcasting partner Jim Ross, a position that Mick Foley relinquished in August 2008.
Mick Foley returned to the WWE in November 2011, first at a House Show during WWE's tour of the United Kingdom, then on RAW on November 14, ending an over three-year absence from the company.
Throughout his career, Mick Foley has appeared as many attires. These include: Dude Love, Mankind, Cactus Jack and Mick Foley.
Foley appears as his Mankind character and is one of the top superstars in the game.
WWF Smackdown! 2: Know Your Role
Mankind/Cactus Jack/Mick Foley
Foley returns under three different aliases in this game, including his own name. The neat thing is that all three of these characters are playable and may be used in season mode simultaneously.
Mankind is available from the start and is originally placed in the non-wrestler rankings in season mode.
Cactus Jack becomes unlocked following the completion of No Way Out in February year 1. He too is placed in the non-wrestler rankings in season mode.
Commissioner Mick Foley is available following Wrestlemania 2000 one month later. Although this Foley is WWF Commissioner, he does not act as so in the game.
WWF Smackdown!: Just Bring It
Foley returns under his own name for the third installment in the Smackdown! series as an unlockable character. He first appears the night after Wrestle Mania, provided that your superstar lost the WWF championship to announce a rematch for the title; winning the rematch unlocks Foley. Though he doesn't wrestle in season mode, he is a playable character for season mode.
WWE Smackdown! vs. Raw
Foley returns to the series following a two-year absence being repackaged as a WWE legend under his Mankind persona.
WWE Smackdown! vs. Raw 2006
Foley once again appears in the game as a WWE legend. Foley provided voice-over for Mankind, making him one of only four WWE legends to do so, along with Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan, and Jimmy Hart. Mankind was also made a playable character for season mode, despite being a WWE legend in the game.
SmackDown! vs RAW 2007
Cactus/Mankind's stats make them very easy to work with, they're somewhat strong and technical, while they can also be used effectively in submission type matches. They're strongest attributes would have to be they're durability and Hardcore ability. They'd both be very useful when you are looking to get a bit hardcore. They're durability also means that they can take more pain and are basically a gluten for pain. It's not all that challenging using them but it sure is fun.
SIZE: Heavy- weight
Dude Love is the weaker of the three faces of Foley. He isn't as strong or tough as Cactus or Mankind with reason. His stats are still very good and he can be used in many different ways. His Hardcore stat may be lower but he can still do some damage and can still take quite a lot from others. Also, his charisma stat is off the charts. If you're looking for a bigger challenge with a face of Foley, then he is your man.
SIZE: Heavy- weight
WWE Smackdown! vs. Raw 2008
Foley returns once again under his own name as an unlockable WWE legend. He can be unlocked through WWE Hall of Fame mode by defeating him in a Hell in a Cell match using Undertaker.
FIGHTING STYLES: Hardcore, Brawler
