Steven Richards and Right to Censor make their SmackDown! debut. Richards makes his first SmackDown! apperance along with Bull Buchanan. The Godfather, now The Goodfather, also returns to be part of the stable.

Though Right to Censor was long disbanded, Richards still appears in the game with the RTC gimmick and theme music.

After being Victoria's supposed boyfriend on TV, Richards makes his SmackDown! return. His relationship with Victoria, however, is unreferenced.
