Three Stages of Hell

The Three Stages of Hell match is based around the concept of a Two out of Three falls match, in which the wrestler has to win twice (the majority) over his opponent in the same match. The variation of having Three Stages of Hell makes it so every 'fall' will be of a different match type, for example falls could include a street fight, Steel Cage and Ladder Match.

Famous examples of this match would include Shawn Michaels vs. Triple H at Armageddon 2002 or Stone Cold vs. Triple H at No Way Out 2001. Along with the Ironman match, it is considered a great matchtype to display endurance.

A great way to win this match type in style, would be to have the first fall as a hardcore match and bloody up your opponent. The next fall should then be set to First Blood - and providing you have the right moveset you could sprint towards the opponent and inflict some blood. Easy, and if you are playing the matchtype in WWE SmackDown! vs RAW 2006 for example, that single fall will count as a whole match on your locker room computer, no doubt making a personal best for shortest match time.
