William Regal is one of the most successful British wrestlers in WWE history, he's had more Championship reigns with the WWE than any other British wrestler; a former 5-time Harcore Champion, 4-time European Champion, 4-time Tag Team Champion (once with Tajiri, once with Eugene and twice with Lance Storm) and a 1-time Intercontinental Champion. And who could forget his most memorable achievement; the first member of Vince McMahon's "Kiss My Ass Club" for betraying the WWE during the WCW/ECW invasion. In April Regal became the 2008 King of the Ring winner by defeating Hornswoogle, Finlay, and CM Punk and proclaimed himself the "King of the WWE".

William Regal appears in the game as the General Manager and plays this role in Season Mode. He is, however, playable in the game. If you use him in season, Vince McMahon will play his role.
WWE SmackDown!: Shut Your Mouth
William Regals' patented Power of the Punch finisher is included in the game - the first normal finishing move to use an illegal weapon that won't you get you disqualified. Regal would reach into his tights, pull out brass knuckles, and hit his opponent with a devastating blow.
When not playing as Regal, you will normally interact with him in someway if you ever go with WWE on tour in England.

Regal in this game doesn't have much going on for him, but still he's quite a hoot to use. Due to his recklessness in the ring, he contains the Hammer Throw ability, able to force opponents out of the ring or smash their backs onto the turnbuckle with a harsh irish whip. Being a pioneer in submissions, he also holds the Submission ability.
