The Coach appeared in numerous games as an interviewer in Season Mode but his biggest break in a game came with WWE SmackDown! vs. RAW 2008 where he was RAW's General Manager.


WWE Smackdown! Here Comes The Pain

Coachman makes his first appearance in the Smackdown! series as a backstage interviewer. Occasionally he will interact with your superstar in season mode, such as offering you an opportunity to have a manager, thus creating a month-long storyline.

WWE Smackdown! vs. Raw

Coachman reprises his role as a backstage interviewer.

WWE Smackdown! vs. Raw 2006

Coachman reprises his role as a backstage interviewer. If the player chooses the Smackdown brand in season mode and plays the Legends Storyline, Coach will act as the unofficial GM of Smackdown! due to Teddy Long's injury at the start of the Smackdown! season mode.

WWE Smackdown! vs. Raw 2007

Coachman reprises his role as a backstage interviewer for the fourth and final time.

WWE Smackdown! vs. Raw 2008

Coachman returns in his biggest role yet, acting as General Manager of Raw. Unlike his role on tv at the time, Coach is unbiased for the most part and is very supportive of your superstar in 24/7 mode.

WWE Smackdown! vs. Raw 2009

Coachman serves as a commentator on Smackdown! alongside Michael Cole.
